PKU Now
A home and point-of-care platform in development to quantify blood phenylalanine for people living with phenylketonuria (PKU). PKU Now provides the test, smart workflows, data visualization, and a connected web dashboard for clinicians.

PreQuine – G6PD deficiency
PreQuine is a point-of-care platform for simultaneous, quantitative measurement of G6PD enzyme activity and hemoglobin in a single small blood sample, designed to support safer use of oxidant drugs in malaria and related settings.

ADA2 Now – ADA2 deficiency (DADA2)
ADA2 Now is being developed as a rapid, point-of-care blood test to quantify ADA2 enzyme levels to support diagnosis and monitoring of DADA2.

CPK Now
CPK Now is a rapid blood test intended to measure creatine phosphokinase (CPK) at the point of care, with app-based result storage to support management of conditions such as long-chain fatty acid oxidation disorders and recurrent rhabdomyolysis.
HCY Now
HCY Now is a planned assay for homocysteine, targeting cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment where fast, decentralized measurement may add value.
Bili Now
Bili Now is a point-of-care bilirubin test in development for neonatal intensive care and nursery settings, aimed at early detection of elevated bilirubin to help prevent bilirubin-induced neurologic damage.
Hb Now
Hb Now is conceived as an affordable, portable test for hemoglobin levels that connects to a mobile app for secure result tracking and remote review.
